Terms and Conditions

OPERATING HOURS

Our Centre is open from 8.30AM to 6PM on Monday to Friday, local time (GMT+7). Special arrangements can be made for conferences outside our office hours; a surcharge of 15% applies from 8PM to 12AM and 50% from 12AM to 6 AM.

PRICING

Network Charges are determined by the duration of the call, the direction of the call (outgoing from REALCOM® or incoming to REALCOM®), and the destination continent (Asia, Australia, Europe, and North/Central/South America).

Call duration is billed in increments of 15 minutes, with a 60 minute minimum duration. Any fraction of 15 minutes is billed at the full charge for 15 minutes.

All prices are subject to 7% VAT Government Tax

Our prices include: Use of a meeting room (capacity of 1 to 5 persons) with coffee break, and use of videoconference equipments. At additional cost the items listed below can be provided.

ADDITIONAL COST ITEMS

The following are available for a videoconference at extra cost:
  • Larger meeting room which holds more than 10 people.
  • Wide screen Projector.
  • PC and Laptop video converter.
  • Document camera
  • VCR and Videotape
  • Multipoint Conferences. The cost of multipoint bridges can be determined only after all site information is known.
  • Calls outside of normal office hours (see Operating Hours above).
  • Test calls.

CANCELLATION FEES

If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled event a cancellation fee of 50% of all charges will apply. Less than 16 hours from the event the cancellation fee will be 100% of all charges.
