Terms and Conditions

OPERATING HOURS

Our Centre is open from 8.30AM to 6PM on Monday to Friday, local time (GMT+7). Special arrangements can be made for conferences outside our office hours; a surcharge of 15% applies from 8PM to 12AM and 50% from 12AM to 6 AM.

PRICING

Network Charges are determined by the duration of the call, the direction of the call (outgoing from REALCOM^® or incoming to REALCOM^®), and the destination continent (Asia, Australia, Europe, and North/Central/South America).

Call duration is billed in increments of 15 minutes, with a 60 minute minimum duration. Any fraction of 15 minutes is billed at the full charge for 15 minutes.

All prices are subject to 7% VAT Government Tax

Our prices include: Use of a meeting room (capacity of 1 to 5 persons) with coffee break, and use of videoconference equipments. At additional cost the items listed below can be provided.

ADDITIONAL COST ITEMS

The following are available for a videoconference at extra cost:

Larger meeting room which holds more than 10 people.
Wide screen Projector.
PC and Laptop video converter.
Document camera
VCR and Videotape
Multipoint Conferences. The cost of multipoint bridges can be determined only after all site information is known.
Calls outside of normal office hours (see Operating Hours above).
Test calls.

CANCELLATION FEES

If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of a scheduled event a cancellation fee of 50% of all charges will apply. Less than 16 hours from the event the cancellation fee will be 100% of all charges.
